Location: Virtual

Cost: $495/person
This training is solely for those employed by institutions of higher education.

This training is designed to meet institutions' annual Title IX and VAWA training obligations for hearing panel members and decision-makers charged with deciding allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking, regardless of whether the underlying complaint meets the 2020 Title IX Regulation's narrow definition of Title IX sexual harassment or falls under other policies and procedures. Our Higher Education Team will cover the elements of legally compliant investigations, including discussion of the current status of the Title IX, investigative techniques, impartiality, evidentiary issues, the potential impact of trauma, report drafting, and the interplay with other roles on campus. This course is designed specifically for adjudicators and those serving in administrative roles with them, and we encourage Title IX coordinators and team members to attend.
