Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that Brian Gallagher has joined its Employment and Labor Group. Gallagher's legal practice focuses on advising employers on matters involving ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974) and the Tax Code. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan and previously chaired its Employee Benefits Committee. He comes to Miller Canfield from Fraser Trebilcock, where he co-chaired the firm's Employee Benefits Department and served on the Board of Directors.
