Join us for part two of HSB's DEI Webinar Series, where we'll be joined by DEI leaders to discuss race, gender, national origin and LGBTQ+ equity and inclusion in the workplace.

The DEI webinars are designed to offer employers fresh ideas on inclusion in the workplace, highlight areas often overlooked, bring awareness to issues that enhance and detract from the workplace, and provide a road map for open discussion in hopes of creating a more welcoming workplace for all employees. For more information about these events and to view the full schedule, please click here.

In acknowledgment of Black History Month this month, we will discuss race equities and the employers' role in inclusion on February 24, at noon.

On March 24, during Women's History Month, we will consider gender equity and racial-gender equity issues in the context of women of color in leadership roles and how the pandemic impacted women in the workplace based on statistics and studies.

We will discuss national origin equities and bilingual requirements on April 28.

Perry MacLennan will provide our annual mid-year legislative update on May 26, 2022.

On June 23, we will address LGBTQ+ in the workplace during Pride month and discuss resources available to employers from the LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce.
