Teague Campbell is proud to announce that Breanna Miller, currently in her third year at Wake Forest University Law School, and Analese Bridges, currently in her first year at Duke University Law School, have been selected as recipients of the Charlotte W. Clark Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship. Ms. Miller and Ms. Bridges were selected from an impressive group of qualified applicants for their active participation on campus and in the community.
Ms. Miller, a former middle school teacher and current First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves, chose to attend law school because of her desire to advocate for others. Since enrolling at Wake Forest Law School, Ms. Miller has completed a variety of internships and externships with employers such as the Forsyth County Public Defender's Office, the Office of General Counsel at UNC Greensboro and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and a civil litigation law firm. Ms. Miller is an active member of the Black Law Student Association where she is the Chair of Community Service and Social Justice promoting civil rights and social action.
Ms. Bridges is currently pursuing a dual Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws at Duke University. Before attending law school, Ms. Bridges worked as a Legal Analyst for Goldman Sachs focusing on global markets and structured finance. Ms. Bridges has a passion for the intersection of law, human rights, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence and how to rethink regulation and cybersecurity policy. At Duke Law School, Ms. Bridges is actively involved in the Duke Innocence Project, Coalition Against Gendered Violence, Black Law Students Association, First Generation Professionals Group, and Duke Law and Technology Society.
Ms. Miller, first place winner, and Ms. Bridges, second place winner, were presented with their scholarship checks and certificates at Teague Campbell's Raleigh office. We wish both women all the best in their future endeavors.
