Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Charles D. (Chuck) Brecker has joined the firm's Ft. Lauderdale office as a Member.

Chuck advises clients on acquiring, financing, developing, constructing, selling and leasing residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law by the Florida Bar, he focuses in particular on projects with vast acreage and vertical mixed-use towers. In addition, Chuck has extensive experience in the creation of condominium and homeowners' communities, hotel and office condominiums, and has handled resort and club real estate transactions. His primary clients include residential and commercial real estate builders and developers, as well as investors and joint venturers. Chuck also represents local and national institutional and private equity lenders concerning a variety of real estate loan transactions.

Chuck is a member of the Florida Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and serves on the Commercial Real Estate and the Condominium and Planned Development Committees. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Home Builders Association and the Builders Association of South Florida. Chuck is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, and Florida's Legal Elite by Florida Trend. Chuck received his B.A. from Temple University and his J.D. with honors from University of Florida Levin College of Law.
