As the legal counsel for Jian'An's investment project in Vietnam, the DeHeng team was led by Liao Mingxia, partner of its Shenzhen Office, and with primary support from lawyers Xu Yu, Qiu Ze and trainee lawyers Pan Ruijin, Wang Meiling. Specifically, they consulted with Vietnamese lawyers for their supports, and based on which, produced legal opinion and suggestions on investment of construction companies in Vietnam, covering administrative approval procedures, licensing requirements, taxations, social security，labor, and foreign exchange issues.
