That's why we're pleased to announce the appointment of two of our most valued team members - Geoff Granger and John Keenan - to the position of Principal.
Geoff Granger has over 30 years' experience in restructuring, turnaround and insolvency. As a registered liquidator, he has extensive experience in all areas of investigations and recoveries in reconstruction, turnaround and insolvency.
Geoff has worked across diverse industries including building and construction, property management, retail, manufacturing and hospitality.
The diversity of Geoff's experience, coupled with a sharp insight, allows him to adopt the right strategy for each assignment, enabling the best result for the client. Geoff takes great pride in helping clients and finding solutions to complex problems.
John Keenan has over 20 years' commercial, professional and restructuring experience with expertise in retail, listed entities, professional services, property, insurance and not-for-profits sector.
John specialises in corporate recovery and business reconstruction, looking for commercial solutions in difficult scenarios. John has wide ranging expertise and experience in dispute resolution, including litigation, where formal appointments are often used to bring about outcomes and unlock opportunities.
On many occasions, John has sold businesses and introduced new capital partners as part of a turnaround and restructure. John has a depth of skills in the tax related areas, where value can be unlocked and pitfalls avoided. John's focus is always to find a commercial result for stakeholders.
