Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2031 by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC and the dealer manager in connection with Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC's tender offer to purchase any and all of its 6.50% senior notes due 2025. Proceeds from the notes offering were used to fund the tender offer, redeem all of the 6.50% senior notes due 2025 that remained outstanding following the tender offer, and for general corporate purposes. Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC owns and acquires high quality transportation equipment that is essential for the transportation of goods and people globally.
