On April 15, 2024, Dechra Veterinary Products, Inc. ("Dechra") completed the purchase of all the issued and outstanding shares of STEM Animal Health Inc. from Kane Biotech Inc. and Ecuphar NV (a subsidiary of Animalcare Group PLC).
This transaction will allow Dechra to continue to deliver its best-in-class Vetradent pet oral care line and also provides a significant opportunity to expand its offerings in the e-commerce and pet specialty markets in North and South America.
Dechra is an international specialist veterinary pharmaceuticals and related products business.
