On April 5, the XX Legal Forum was held in Moscow, hosted by the Vedomosti newspaper.

The highlight of the forum was the award ceremony, during which outstanding cases that had a significant impact on the legal landscape were recognized, based on the results of the study"The CASE by Legal Insight".

The case of GRATA International Kazakhstan on the re-domicile of one of the world's largest mining conglomerates - Polymetal International from Jersey Island to the jurisdiction of the Astana International Financial Center took 2nd place in the nomination "Terra incognita: for the development of new fields of knowledge".

The project was the first case of relocation of a listed company and the third case of re-domicile to the AIFC. GRATA International Partners Baizhan Bekzhanov and Maxim Burak, as well as Counsel Aruzhan Aimak, worked on this project.
