Prior to joining Lane Powell, Flickinger dedicated several years developing his legal skills as a Law Clerk at the appellate and trial court levels, where he conducted comprehensive research and analysis across various federal and state cases.
Flickinger's experience as a Law Clerk provided him with a deep understanding of the appellate process and considerable exposure to all stages of litigation. With a thorough grasp on diverse legal domains, Flickinger is well-equipped to provide guidance to clients navigating complex litigation landscapes.
Flickinger obtained his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law, with honors, in 2018 and his B.A. from the University of Montana in Journalism and Philosophy, with high honors, in 2015.
