A law graduate from St. Xavier's College Mumbai, Petrushka has completed her LLB from K.C. Law College, Mumbai in 2001.
Petrushka has over 23 years' of experience in Aviation, Asset and Structured Finance, Banking, Strategic Debt Restructuring, Insolvency Laws, Real Estate, RBI and Foreign Exchange Regulations and has successfully handled multiple litigations before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Bombay High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, DRAT, DRT, SEBI, CESTAT among other forums involving insolvency, debt restructuring, debt recovery and jurisdictional challenges.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Petrushka was a Partner with ALMT Legal, IndusLaw and Haresh Jagtiani & Associates.
