Soley Coban was invited as a speaker for the "Secondary and Useful" pharma panel at 2023 AIPPI World Congress. This event offered insight into the patentability and enforcement of second medical use patents in three different jurisdictions including Turkiye. Soley's presentation discussed the Turkish medical practice, several case law in the EU, and indirect patent infringement.
