Update - Fees For Filing Of Utility Model Application

Both the official fees and agency fees shall be paid. The agency fees depend upon an attorney. The fees of our office are given as examples.

Fees should be paid in Estonian Kroons (EEK). The fixed rate is 8 EEK = 1 DEM. The fees of the most usual actions are as follows (all in German Marks):

Discount in agency fees is available depending on the number of applications filed concurrently. The charges may be increased in difficult or urgent cases.
