Amala Umeike

Amala, the founding Partner of the Firm and head of its Dispute Resolution Department, is a distinguished Legal Practitioner with a wealth of experience dealing with cross border disputes. He specializes in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, Asset Recovery, White Collar Crimes/Investigations. Intellectual Property Litigation as well as general enforcement maters. Amala is revered for his expertise in advising both local and international clients on a wide range of commercial dispute matter as is particularly experienced in enforcement of foreign Judgments in Nigeria.

Joseph Siyadion

Joseph, as Team Lead in the Firm’s Arbitration, Real Estate, Maritime, Disputes Practice Groups, brings extensive expertise to the table. He boasts a robust background in arbitration and commercial litigation. With a track record of handling international arbitrations and enforcement proceedings under various arbitration rules, including ICC, DIAC, and UNCITRAL, Joseph excels in resolving disputes across maritime, oil and gas, and commercial sectors.

Omobolaji Bello

Omobolaji Bello is an Associate with the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. His practice focuses on Debt Recovery, Insolvency, Asset Recovery, White Collar Crime and Government Investigations, Crisis Management as well as general Commercial Litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan as well as the Nigerian Law School where is graduated with First Class Honours. Throughout his career, Omobolaji has represented a diverse range of clients including HNIs, foremost Commercial Banks, Asset managers, in varying legal matters including foreign judgment enforcement, cross-border debt recovery, and general commercial disputes.
