Personal Data Protection Framework in UAE: Rights and Obligations

Saifullah Khan is an international trade, IT and policy lawyer with more than 20 years of diversified and multi-jurisdictional professional experience serving a large client base in the domestic and international markets. His areas of interest include trade remedy laws of the World Trade Organization, customs law, competition law and data privacy. With respect to emerging discipline of data privacy, he advises clients from different jurisdictions on data privacy compliance and cross-border transfer of data.
