One of the positive effects of the new law on public-private partnerships (PPP) is a new instrument that could contribute to growth and development in Lebanon.

Our article, published by The Business Year – Lebanon 2017, gives a general overview of the PPP contracts concluded between the public and private sectors and the reasons why these contracts are useful when conducting long-term infrastructure projects.
