Recently, to give full play of the IP experts' roles in China's IP development and to provide intelligence and talent support for this cause, SIPO listed 155 experts into the National IP Experts Base after rigorous evaluation and review. Among them, 41 are experts from IP service agencies. And Sanyou contributed 2 members to the Experts Base, namely, Hui Li (Chairman) and Jianzhong Li (Head of Quality Control Department).
